Here at reflex Physio we offer customer exercise programs developed for you after assessment by our Physiotherapist on your terms, in whichever environment makes you most comfortable.

Just you and our experience physiotherapist – equipped with weights, for both large and small movements and a clinical pilates table (Palm Beach Gold Coast)
Telehealth appointments
Here our experienced physiotherapist will guide you through movements on your custom designed program and make any daily adjustments required for this session
Your local gym (Gold Coast and Northern NSW)
Come with you to your local gym and teach you how to safely use equipment, perform movements, and select the right exercise for you

- Stretch routines
- Cool down and warm up exercises
