Are your clinical pilates physiotherapists DMA accredited?
Yes, all our clinical pilates physiotherapists are DMA accredited.
How do I claim from Medicare?
To claim for a physiotherapist appointment under Medicare in Australia, you need to be referred by a GP or Specialist. If you are being bulk billed we will process the claim for you. If you are not being bulk billed, after paying for your appointment, you can submit a claim online through your Medicare online account or at a Medicare service centre. We will need provide the details of the service, including the item number, date of service, and amount paid. Once your claim is processed, Medicare will deposit the rebate into your nominated bank account. It’s important to note that not all physiotherapy services are covered by Medicare, and there may be limits on the number of services you can claim per year. You should speak to your doctor or the physiotherapist to determine your eligibility for Medicare-funded physiotherapy services.
How do I claim my at home physiotherapy session from my private health insurance?
After your appointment you will receive an invoice you can then give to your private health insurance to receive your rebate.
How do I get reimbursed from the NDIS?
Participants on the NDIS will be reimbursed for the home visit Physiotherapy service that they receive. Physiotherapy comes under the Improved Daily Living category of the NDIS Capacity Building budget. This category is designed to provide assessment, training, support and therapy to assist the development of skills to increase independence. There are two options to pay for your supports with your NDIS funding: Make a Payment Request and then pay your provider – Once you receive an account, invoice or timesheet from your provider, make a Payment Request. This can be done online using the myplace portal. Money from your NDIS plan budget will be paid into your nominated bank account within 24 to 48 hours. You can then pay your provider.

How do i pay?
You can pay at time of appointment via our credit card processing system our physiotherapist has with them.
How long is a session?
Sessions can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour but this will depend on various factors that you can discuss with your physio and decide what is best for you.
What kind of NDIS patients can see your physiotherapist?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Australia provides support for people with permanent and significant disabilities. Physiotherapy services are among the supports that may be funded under the NDIS.

To access physiotherapy services under the NDIS, a person must have an approved NDIS plan and have their physiotherapy needs assessed by a qualified healthcare professional. The NDIS provides funding for physiotherapy services for participants with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to:
