With Telehealth, your preferred physiotherapist is able to contact you via video chat on your mobile phone or your computer.
Our highly experienced Physiotherapists will be able to deem whether telehealth is suitable for you based off the first session and doing a subjective examination. You will not be charged if deemed not suitable for Telehealth.

Is my injury suitable for Telehealth Physio consult?
Most injuries are suitable for Telehealth physiotherapy consultations. However, not all are and this is why we do not charge you for the first consultation if our physiotherapists determine that you are not suitable for Telehealth consultations.
How will a Physio diagnose or treat me without touching me?
All Physiotherapists start with a ‘subjective assessment’ whereby they will ask you a number of questions which helps them in formulating a diagnosis and determining what the most suitable treatment would be. This is the purpose of our first consultation, by the end of it, your physio will have a clear idea of your probable diagnosis and suitable treatment.
If your physio deems that you are suitable for telehealth, they can then cater your treatment to you in whichever way you find best, i.e videos, written instructions etc.
How do i pay?
After your telehealth session, our Admin team will contact you to arrange payment either over the phone using credit card or you may pay using direct debit.
Can I get a private health rebate for telehealth?
Currently private health providers unfortunately do not rebate for Telehealth consultations.
